Terms about AI
Our jurisdiction concerning artificial intelligence.NOVEMBER 17, 2024
The GRRRVERSE team (“GRRRVERSE”, “we”, “us”) and its services, platforms, products, video games, among others (“our services”), provides to users, visitors or you (“you”), under the terms of the limited licenses we grant you and under the regulations you have agreed to in the terms and conditions (“agreement”), the terms regarding Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) of our services and derivatives. This document will function as an addendum of clarification and statement of intent of the uses of AI in our services, both by us and by you.
The agreement will always prevail as the highest document within the responsibilities, obligations and terms that we and you have in this link, therefore, if a contradiction or controversy should arise from this document, always the agreement will prevail as the highest identity of reference.
Remember that GRRRVERSE reserves the right to update these terms in the same manner as our agreement; that is, these terms may change without notice to you, and you understand, confirm and agree to review these terms periodically in the event of a change, and your use of our services involves your acceptance of the new terms, if any.
1. Disclosure.
As of the date hereof, GRRRVERSE makes it a condition that user contributions displayed by its services are not generated by a computer, by an AI, or by an entity that cannot be identified as human. This policy states that the use of our services to impersonate humans, to create content by AI or to obtain information, to feed machine learning matrices and derivatives, are completely prohibited, and you are not given any permission to do so. Should you fail to comply with this rule, termination of your account would be immediate, whether you are notified or not, whether you are given a reason or not.
1.1. Protection of our users.
We understand that our users do not want to be involved in interactions with non-human entities, therefore, we provide our users with tools to notify us if they are able to communicate with another user to notify us that AI services are being misused, such as if an alleged user is impersonating a human.
1.2. Use of AI’s
Even if you are a human, while using our services, do not use AI-generated content to claim it as your own. If you do, mark it as a creation that is not yours, and was designed by artificial intelligence. If you do not mark AI-generated content as your own, you will be subject to appropriate sanctions, as set forth in the community rules of each service.
1.2.1. Computer-generated responses and messages.
Even if you were a human, but you reply, communicate, intervene or dispose of yourself through computer-generated responses or messages, you will fail to comply with these rules, and will subject your account to immediate termination or similar sanctions, whether or not you are notified, whether or not you are given cause or not.
1.3. Updates.
GRRRVERSE reserves its right, as you have agreed in our agreement, to modify, add to, remove, among other actions, the terms herein. Please, as you have agreed in our agreement, review this document periodically.
